Personal information required for copyright licences agreements will be retained for the lifetime of our products and services. You will be notified if your data is kept for longer than this period.

We collect and process personal information about you when using our products and services under the lawful basis of Legitimate Interests. When we contact you for marketing purposes, this is in our Legitimate Interests and when we contact you for direct marketing it is under the basis of Consent. The limited information we retain on the copyright licence agreement is under a lawful basis of Contract.
